Miss Cemre Karatas operates her business as the director of her own limited company. The business is based in London. Our goal is to provide quality interior design consultancy services in both Project Management and Architecture for corporate, institutional and residential clients. Miss Karatas provides her services on a project basis.
Our mission of the business is to be recognised in the marketplace as a quality driven architectural and project management consultancy services business.
Miss Cemre Karatas worked as an architect since 20.09.2013 at Okyanus Grup a global shell contracting company with a wide range of expertise and experience in the construction sector since 1993. Its main services are Roofing and Facade Cladding. During employment, she has worked on several projects, such as Adel Pencil Factory Project, Akasya Park Shopping Mall Project, Riyadh Airport Project, 3M Factory Project, Erbil Club Project, Frito Lay Dammam Project, all of which have both facade and roof cladding details and now Miss Karatas has a great deal of experience in design and installation details.
Miss Karatas worked as a project design manager on the Riyadh King Khalid International Airport Project in Riyadh (KSA). The project has been one of the biggest cladding works in the Middle East region recently. She took the role of designing and drawing the conceptual details, preparing shop drawings, quoting estimates of the materials, putting together orders for them and coordinating materials to be installed. As a designer, Miss Karatas was in charge of drawing details as well as follow the process until successful completion.
